If your property was impacted by Hurricane Isaias, Frontline is here to help.

Beginning today at 1:00 p.m. CDT, our team will be available in person at the Florida Department of Financial Services' Insurance Assistance Hub at the Morgan Sports Complex in Destin, Florida. Beginning Monday, October 12, Frontline's Mobile Office will also be available at Madril Insurance in Pensacola to provide additional face-to-face claims support for policyholders.

Our team can assist with homeowner and commercial property claims, answer questions about the claims process, and provide information about filing a separate flood claim for eligible flood policyholders.

Lithium-ion batteries in electric/hybrid vehicles, e-bikes, scooters, and power tools can become a fire hazard if exposed to salt water during flooding.

The U.S. Fire Administration recommends moving any potentially flooded lithium-ion battery-powered devices or vehicles at least 50 feet away from your home and structures, and disconnecting them from chargers. Do not charge or use them until they've been properly inspected.

Taking a few simple, proactive steps can help reduce fire risk and keep what matters most a little more protected.

According to the National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storm Isaias is forecast to strengthen into a strong hurricane before approaching the northern Gulf Coast on Friday. It could bring life-threatening storm surge, damaging winds and heavy rainfall.

From Friday through the weekend, the storm is expected to produce 3 to 6 inches of rain, with localized totals up to 10 inches, along the central U.S. Gulf Coast from far southeastern Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle. Much of the Southeast could see 1 to 3 inches, with localized amounts up to 5 inches, as far north as the Tennessee Valley and the Carolinas.

Isaias currently has maximum sustained winds of 45 mph. A Storm Surge Watch is in effect from the Mouth of the Mississippi River to Yankeetown, Florida. A Hurricane Watch is in effect from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, to Indian Pass, Florida. Flash, urban and isolated river flooding will be possible. Residents in the watch areas should prepare for long-duration power outages and follow guidance from local officials.
