Licensed Insurance Customer Service Represnetative/Agent

Towne Center Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing clients.

Duties
- Support Agency Partner with new and existing business
- Assist customers with product information, quoting, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and carrier partners
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues

Qualifications

- Prior Property and Casualty Insurance experience
- Proven experience in customer service, client services, or sales
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and tracking

Pay Hourly plus commision

Expected hours: 40 per week

Florida Friends as you all know we have been going through a crisis in the property insurance industry. The Legislators are headed back to Tallahassee in December for another special session (2nd one this year) to address the issue. I have attached a link that has been shared buy some of our carriers that addresses the issue and will give you a voice for the upcoming session.
