Some closings stay with you forever. This is one of them. 🏡❤️

James and Hunter came to me after another lender told them “no” and never explained why. They would be the first in their family to own a home, and they had no idea where to start. James served our country, and I was determined to make sure they got every answer they deserved.

We walked through the VA loan process together, one step at a time. We found the answers. And now they are home, in a house they love.

Watching their story brought me to tears. This is exactly why I do what I do. A “no” from one lender does not have to be the end of your story. Sometimes it just means you have not found the right person to help you write the next chapter.
