HELP, This past weekend the Kern Valley Exchange Club had our fund raiser. During the event we LOST 13 of our Rubber Ducks in the river. If you find any of them, return them for a $10 reward for each one. Please turn them into the Kern River Valley Chamber of Commerce & I will pay you myself!!!
