📰 Nationally, NAR reported pending home sales up 3.3% in November vs October and up 2.6% vs last November—a sign more buyers are writing offers again. ✍️
🏡 But real estate is hyper-local. In Lake Havasu: 120 pendings in Nov 2025, 141 in Oct 2025, and 98 in Nov 2024. So locally we’re up versus last year, even though we were down from October—a good example of how local markets can move differently than national trends.
📉 One more takeaway: we saw a 5–7 day dip in rates in October, and even a small dip can bring buyers off the sidelines quickly when that window opens. 🪟
