Repairs or renovations incomplete? Close the deal anyway with help from a Renovation Escrow Holdback.

At closing, a portion of the seller’s funds will be held back in an escrow account to cover the cost of necessary repairs. That way, you won’t have to negotiate a lower sale price and your client can afford any repairs the home may still need.
