OK January 2023, first year of retirement. I am a better guitar player. So now instead of taxes, its investments. I still like Real Estate, especially in other regions. I like Huntsville AL. Mesa AZ. Broken Arrow, OK. Texas looks a little overpriced, especially when you consider property taxes. I would look for college towns, and cities, where new Wallmarts are being locating. So have a great year, and I will try to stay up to date, with this site.

Hello everyone on Facebook. As of right now, I am officially retired, or re****ed. I cant spell I went to Catholic School. What was wrong with those Nuns anyway. So keep in touch, and happy new year. I like real estate, and FORD. For your future. Pay less tax if you can avoid it.

I believe you should try to prepay your property taxes here in 17. New Law will limit it in 18 has to be under 10K with your State income tax.
