Recently, we provided $6,000,000 of New Markets Tax Credits allocation to support the development of the new Sun Life Family Health Center facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. The 110,000-square-foot center will expand access to primary and specialty care services in a medically underserved area and support more than 247,000 patient visits annually.

Clearinghouse CDFI recently provided $1,500,000 in financing to J&D Distilling Co., LLC, to refinance an existing trust loan and provide working capital that will help strengthen Potter Jane Distilling Co.'s ongoing operations and future success.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $1.78M to refinance an existing construction loan for the Governor Mike O’Callaghan Apartments, a 40-unit multi-family affordable housing community in West Las Vegas.

The fully occupied LIHTC property serves low-income individuals and families, helping preserve long-term housing affordability and stability in a designated CDFI Investment Area. We’re proud to support projects that strengthen communities and expand access to quality affordable housing.

We were proud to welcome U.S. Representative Young Kim for a site visit to The Teen Project today alongside Opportunity Finance Network and the California Coalition for Community Investment CCCI.

Founded in 2007, The Teen Project provides free treatment and transitional housing for at-risk, homeless, and sex-trafficked young women ages 15–25, many of whom come from foster care. Clearinghouse CDFI was honored to provide a $3.28M loan to help The Teen Project acquire five secluded single-family residences, expanding safe housing and critical services for young women across Southern California.
