Clearinghouse CDFI's executive leadership and management teams are in Arkansas for our Building Thriving Community Retreat, bringing everyone together to strengthen collaboration and advance our mission of creating lasting community impact.

During the retreat, Founder, President, and CEO Doug Bystry and Chief Operations Officer Yves Mombeleur received a special proclamation signed by Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, recognizing Clearinghouse CDFI for bringing our community development event to the state.

We're honored by the recognition and happy to support local development and help Arkansas communities thrive.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $11.7 million in financing to Benchmark Development, an existing borrower, for the acquisition of a 93-room Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites in Verona, New York, located on the Oneida Nation Reservation.

The project brings together Oneida Indian Nation ownership with Benchmark Development’s longstanding hospitality experience, with the Nation acquiring the property and Benchmark continuing to operate the hotel.

Marc Kirshbaum of Skylark Assisted Living, a Clearinghouse CDFI borrower, recently authored "The Eleven Primal Spaces"—a thought-provoking exploration of what leadership looks like in a world of rapid change.

Drawing on more than 25 years of business experience, Marc explores the qualities that can easily get lost amid that change and constant disruption: awareness, trust, community, resilience, meaning, and genuine connection.

We’re proud to partner with Native Finance Development Corporation (NFDC) and Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (FHLBSF) to expand financial education opportunities for Native youth.

As the recipient of a $200,000 AHEAD Program grant through FHLBSF, NFDC will launch a statewide initiative to train 40 high school teachers in its Tribal Personal Finance framework, helping provide culturally relevant financial education while preparing the next generation of Native financial professionals.

Clearinghouse CDFI financing is helping to create new pathways to homeownership in Napa, California.

We provided $10 million of New Markets Tax Credits allocation and a $4.1 million source loan to Heritage Housing Partners to support the development of Napa Redwood Housing.

The project will create 40 affordable for-sale condominium homes for first-time homebuyers, serving low- and moderate-income households in a community where high housing costs can make homeownership difficult to reach.

We’re proud to continue our partnership with Heritage Housing Partners and support the creation of affordable homeownership opportunities that help individuals and families put down roots in their communities.

What an incredible evening celebrating community and impact!

Clearinghouse CDFI was proud to serve as Gold Sponsor of the 2026 Westward Home Gala, benefiting OCCHC/SteppingUP and marking 20 years of the SteppingUP program and its work supporting students as they pursue higher education.

It was a great evening celebrating the people and partnerships working to expand access to affordable housing and strengthen pathways to homeownership for families throughout Orange County.

More affordable housing is now available to individuals and families in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $5.6 million in replacement financing for The Villas on Lake Mary, a newly completed multi-family community where every apartment is reserved for households earning up to 60% of area median income.

The community reached 90% occupancy within approximately three months of beginning leasing, helping meet the growing need for quality, affordable housing in Coconino County.

After years of gathering in leased hotel conference rooms, Overcomers Ministries Church has a permanent home in Richardson, Texas.

Clearinghouse CDFI provided $937,500 in acquisition financing to help the growing congregation purchase a 7,124-square-foot headquarters with space for worship, education, and community connection.
