A survey asked Body Shop Owners "How well does this company’s claims handling policies, attitude and payment practices ensure quality repairs and customer service for motorists?"

I won't reveal the companies that received poor rankings but there are three large companies with an average in-shop review wait time of between 5-6 days. This is an average, so some were quicker and some were... even longer.

Country scored higher than all of the Top 10 Insurance Companies, by a lot (Highest Top 10 was 627) compared to us at 735!

The odds of you hitting a deer are higher so it might make it worthwhile. Unfortunately, but fortunately, it did in my case.

We have a client that had a garage fire that caused significant smoke damage to his house too. He and his wife will be using there additional living expense coverage to stay in an apartment until their home is livable again.

Their car that was parked in the garage had significant damage too. So they will also be making good use of their property deductible waiver.

This is a very traumatic, emotional experience. I spoke with him recently and he made a point to mention how happy he is with the claim process so far.

It is easy to focus on rates, but when push comes to shove - our claims people are the best!
