Nominations are now open for the 2027 Farm Bureau Farm Dog of the Year Contest, and we’d love to see a Louisiana dog take the national stage. If your dog is a loyal companion and an essential part of your farm or ranch, this is your chance to share their story. Winners receive cash prizes and a year’s supply of Purina dog food.

Congratulations to Kaylee Arceneaux, Farm Bureau Young Farmer and Rancher from neighboring Cameron Parish. Kaylee is a finalist for the 2026 Louisiana Farm Bureau YF&R Outstanding Young Farm Woman Award!

Kaylee is known for her strong work ethic, dedication to her family, and deep commitment to agriculture. Rooted in faith, family, and perseverance, she and her husband Joe are raising their four children, Kya, Perrin, Masen, and Max, in Cameron Parish while building a life centered around hard work and compassion. Through both her personal and professional journey, Kaylee hopes to inspire others and reflect the resilience that defines Louisiana agriculture.
