As we close the chapter on this year, I’ve been reflecting on what truly matters — and it all comes back to people.

For 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible clients, trusted referral partners, a dedicated team, and a circle of family and friends who have supported this journey every step of the way. None of this happens in isolation, and I don’t take a single relationship or opportunity for granted.
