Responsibilities:
▸ Have a team mentality, self-driven and a keen attention to details
▸ Successfully manage cliental pipeline of 25-50 at any given time
▸ Tech-savvy and have the willingness to help and inform others how to use loan application platforms
▸ Patience, courteousness, drive, ambition and humble nature
▸ Experience to explain any and all loan products suitable to obtain clients goals
▸ Diligence to contact and update clients during various stages of the loan process proactively

Qualifications:
▸ Registered and licensed through NMLS
▸ Recent experience in mortgage, 2 years minimum
▸ Familiarity with financial and lending practices RESPA, TILA, ECOA
▸ Superior attention to details
▸ Ability to quickly build relationships and trust
▸ Strong analytical and mathematical skills
▸ Conv, VA, FHA guideline and product knowledge
▸ Understanding of local, state, and federal loan regulations
▸ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
▸ Ability to work in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment
