While Coastal Hospitality Groups focus is on acquiring new resort assets in high-barrier to entry tourist markets, along with development sites for new hotels; Their management division, Coastal Hospitality Management Company, handles the day to day management and promotion of each asset. Together, the companies goal is aligned to build a portfolio of unique hotel assets that their guests can count on for a high quality and a memorable experience.

Today, we closed on in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC. This is our 13th hotel and adds 77 revenue generating units plus a tap room, which serves craft beer and wine, to our portfolio. Our business plan includes expanding the F&B, bringing in glamping domes and a wedding venue. Congrats to our team and looking forward to having you all visit 🤠
