Our office is located at 989 South Creasy Lane Lafayette, IN 47905, near the intersection of McCarty Lane and Creasy Lane. We are conveniently located across from Enterprise Rent-A-Center. Many of our clients come from the Greater Lafayette area, including Battleground, Delphi, and West Lafayette. With extensive experience assisting customers relocating to Indiana, we offer a wide range of insurance options, including auto, home, renter’s, life, and personal property insurance. Our clients appreciate the convenience of 24/7 access to their account information online or by phone. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we’re also available by appointment. 📄 Insurance declarations page: how to read it (3 things to check)

If you’ve ever looked at your declarations page and felt like it was written in code—don’t worry. It’s actually one of the most important documents in your policy. Here are 3 key things to check:

✅ 1) Your coverage limits & deductibles
Look for the max amounts your policy will pay and what you’d need to pay out of pocket (deductible). These numbers matter most when something happens.

✅ 2) Named insureds + addresses
Make sure everyone listed is correct (you/household members) and that the addresses/garaging info match where you actually live and where your vehicles are kept.

✅ 3) Premium, payment plan, and policy term dates
Confirm the policy effective dates (start/end) and that your billing details match what you agreed to—so there are no surprises at renewal.
