What You'll Do:
📞 Answer and direct incoming calls
🗂️ Create and manage client service tickets
📅 Help schedule annual policy reviews
🙋 Greet visitors and make them feel at home
🖨️ Scan and file documents accurately
✉️ Handle outgoing mail
🤝 Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
✔️ A warm, professional phone and in-person manner
✔️ Great organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Comfortable multitasking in a busy office
✔️ Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scanning)
✔️ A team player who genuinely likes taking care of people
✔️ Customer service or office experience preferred — insurance experience a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person!
