When your summer job is just too fun to leave...

In case you missed our post last week, Laney is joining the Standard Title team to STAY!!

We loved having her as our receptionist all summer long while Jayda was out on maternity leave, so we created a new position for her to remain a part of our team!

Laney will now be our Assistant Escrow Officer. We asked her a few questions to get to know her better:

Q: What is your day-to-day role?
A: To work together with our escrow officers & attorney to make sure titles are clear for closing.

Q: What are you most looking forward to?
A: I'm most looking forward to learning new skills as I go and being able to help everyone out, coworkers and clients alike.

Q: What will you miss about teaching?
A: I will miss the school environment as I've always loved learning, & of course the kids!

Q: What makes Standard Title a great place to work?
A: The Standard Title team creates a comfortable environment where I can dedicate myself to working efficiently while knowing I'll have a backbone of support.

We are excited to officially announce that Laney is joining our team to stay! She is a new Assistant Escrow Officer with our team.

Laney worked as our receptionist this summer for what she thought was going to be a summer job between school years. She loved our team so much she was ready to make the leap from the classroom to our office permanent!
