✅ Experience: Background in admin support or customer service (financial/insurance industry experience is a plus!).
✅ Licensing: Already have your Health & Life license? Great! If not, we’ll help you get licensed within your first 6 months.
✅ Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
✅ Skills: Exceptional communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
