“Wait… you actually GO to your closings?”

I’m always surprised that people ask me this when I travel to other markets; and even sometimes in Acadiana.

Could I sit behind my computer all day and work on loans? Absolutely.

Will the work ever be finished..No.. There’s always another loan to work on, another email to answer, or another file that needs attention.

But at the end of the day, that’s not why I do this. I want to be there! I want to give my real estate partner a hug! I want to see my clients faces when they get the keys! I want to celebrate with them! This was a team effort!

This business has never just been about the loan.
It’s about the people.

So yes… I actually go to my closings as often as I can.
