What was the challenge?
Each ADM submits 2 names a day for one month. These are people they have had conversations with about this job opportunity. If 1 ADM fails then we fail as a team. A good accountability lesson & learning to work together as a management team. If we are successful we all get a crisp $100 bill.

Rainey was promoted to the management team in January of 2021 and has continued to thrive in her new role as an Agency Development Manager.

For today’s introduction, we would like to introduce a valuable member of our management team, Jake Etcheverra. Jake had many accomplishments in 2020, but none greater than being named 2020 Louisiana territory ADM of the year. He was ranked number 2 in the state for amount of premium written & cases closed. We would like to congratulate Jake on his huge success in 2020!

With his leadership, hard work, and determination he lead the Lafayette District to be ranked number 3 in our market size in the nation & number 1 in Louisiana.
