Hi, I’m Emilia Pardo. I’m proud to call Lafayette home, and it’s a community I’m grateful to be part of. I’m running for Lafayette City Court Judge, and I’d appreciate your support as I work to earn your trust and your vote.
With experience as both an Assistant District Attorney and a Magistrate, I’ve seen City Court from more than one side of the courtroom. City Court is where everyday issues get handled, and it affects people from all walks of life. My priority is simple: when someone comes to court, they should be treated with dignity, feel heard, and leave understanding what happened and what comes next.
If I’m elected, you can count on me to listen carefully, apply the law fairly, and keep the process professional, consistent, and clear. I believe you can be firm when needed while still treating every person with respect.
I value the trust and sense of community we share in Lafayette, and I will make sure I reflect those same values every day.
