Rates are lower today than they’ve been in a few months. No anticipated major news is expected to change rates all that much until June’s jobs data (but keep in mind rates will change a few basis points up or down each day). While we don't often advertise Kelly's real estate brokerage, its good to share updates from time to time. These are the first two closings of the year and they are both excellent examples of a split and flip (where you re-zone one building as two separate units to increase the value). Probably one of the better and ultra simple real estate hacks to perform. Since your electrical plates are off when you paint, add the color names and sheen on the inside of the outlet before you put them back on.

We saw a Facebook post on a community page asking for recommendations for a lender and one person said, "Don't use a broker!" I can't speak for that person's experience, although I imagine it was similar to using a bad hair stylist, bad dentist, or bad mortgage bank. There are people out there who aren't very good at what they do. But that's not us.
