If you are a customer and need assistance during this time, please call our office at 615-666-5200, and select the option for your insurance carrier. You will be connected with your insurance company, who will assist you with your needs and leave notes for our return. We will re-open on Monday, April 13th at 8:30am.

We are HIRING! We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for answering in-bound calls that the agency receives, assisting with policy changes, scheduling customer appointments, filing paperwork, managing Excel files, etc.

An ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated and brings an uplifting and positive attitude to the agency. This position requires a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, so strong communication skills are a must.

A prior insurance background is preferred, but not required. The candidate will be a W2 employee, on an hourly pay-scale. This is a full time position, with hours ranging from 35-40 hours per week.
