This jobs report thing is getting out of hand! Unemployment rate went UP but we "created" almost 100k more jobs than expected. How does that happen, you ask? Well, they throw these numbers out and then go back and revise them the following month (market manipulation much). I just heard this morning that if you go through all the revisions of the last year, it’s a net loss of 750,000 jobs. I also read that 18.2% of the lower wage workforce is made up of illegal aliens. Disclaimer: I'm relying on 3rd party info, but it makes sense. So US citizens are filing unemployment, but illegal workers are creating jobs. Election year numbers at their finest!

Very interesting chart breaking down CPI, which is the inflation number the Fed is following. It's almost ALL shelter costs and auto insurance! So, if they allow rates to fall then the CPI target will likely get hit. If they don't, it will likely not. Something's got to give. Hopefully they move their target number up and give us some relief soon!!!

Keep in mind, this is year over year numbers. If you look at the last 3 years it would make you cry

Some good news on tax day for you realtors!!! Freddie has officially posted guidelines that commissions paid by sellers to buyers agent will NOT go against the IPC cap!!!! Likely will be followed by Fannie and Ginnie (gov) in the near future!!!
