Last month’s Create & Educate series brought us together for a hands-on antler basket weaving class with Richard Gonzalez, M.A.!

Participants learned about the art of weaving with antlers while spending time creating something unique to take home. We also talked about the business side of being an artist, including marketing your work and determining the right price for your products.

A big thank you to Richard Gonzalez for sharing his knowledge and skills, and to the Oneida Nation Arts Program for partnering with us to make this class possible!

The Create & Educate series is all about bringing Native artists and entrepreneurs together to learn new skills, share knowledge, and explore the business side of creativity. 💜
