In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, you may be struggling to figure out your next steps. Just remember you don’t have to do this alone.

We aim to make the claims process as easy as possible, because you have a lot on your plate right now. Here’s what to expect when you come by to talk to our claims reps:
1.Connect with an onsite claims rep
A member of our claims team will explain what happens next, answer any questions you have and review your home insurance policy. Your adjuster is your main point of contact throughout the process and will help with anything you need.

2. File a claim
Our onsite claims reps can help you file a claim. But you can also file a claim through your online account, our mobile app or by calling 866-COUNTRY (866-268-6879).

3. Review the damage
Your insurance claim adjuster will set up an appointment to review the damage to your home. Our goal is to write an estimate and provide you with a check that day for an initial payment on your claim, so you can start to recover and move forward.

4. Fix your home
If your damage requires a contractor, just give them your estimate and they can start the work. If they have questions, they can contact your insurance claim adjuster directly, so you’re not stuck in the middle.
