QFI partnered with Argent Insurance to put together a “Nebraska Senior Living Program for Workers Compensation” for Nursing Homes or Assisted Living Facilities which includes a Dividend Plan. The program was rolled out in 2017 specifically for the smaller facilities who are not able to have their own Dividend Plan on their Workers Compensation programs…QFI believed as a group a program could succeed and Dividends paid to those facilities if given the chance! So with the help of Argent Insurance Company, the program was born and we declared our first Dividend which paid out over $90,000 to the members in the program! Chimney Rock Villa in Bayard, NE, employees weathered the Blizzard of 2019 this past Winter with a staff of less than 10 taking care of their Residents and taking turns sleeping when they could for 2 days while other employees could not get to the building, even those who lived in town due to impassable roads...those who could get there were there as soon as they could to make sure the residents were safe and help relieve other staff -these amazing employees showed their true caring, love and passion for their residents!! Thank You to all of the Staff at Chimney Rock Villa for going above and beyond!! To help recognize their efforts, QFI celebrated with their Staff by throwing a pizza party and providing some awesome water bottles!
