⚠️ SECURITY ALERT: Fake QuickBooks Emails ⚠️

We want to keep your business and data safe! We have seen a surge in phishing scams targeting QuickBooks Online users.

What to look out for:
Scammers are sending fake emails asking you to click a link or call a number to "verify a payment refund" or resolve a failed transaction. These look very realistic, but they are designed to steal your login credentials or financial information.

How to protect your business:
🚫 Don't click links: Never click links or download attachments in unexpected emails.
🌐 Log in directly: Always open a fresh browser window and log into your official QuickBooks account to check transaction statuses.
📧 Check the sender: Real Intuit emails come from .com or @://intuit.com.
📞 Verify independently: Never call phone numbers listed inside a suspicious email.

If you ever receive a strange notification regarding invoices or payments, please contact us directly through our normal channels to confirm.

Stay safe online! 🛡️

It’s that time of year again! You get your yearly email from your CPA reminding you to make your tax appointment.
You scramble to get your documents together and haphazardly try to get QuickBooks (or your spreadsheet) updated, with no real idea if the transactions are going in the right categories.
You swore you’d be better about it this year...for the last 5 years.
On the surface, everyone sees your business and thinks you’re a bad ass, but underneath it all you feel chaotic, confused and unclear.
You tell yourself, “I’m an adult, I should know what to do, I should do better” but no one ever made a lasting change when rooted in guilt and shame. You know what you need to do, and you know you also will not do it.
Sound familiar??
There are a million bad ass business owners just like you, waking up in January knowing they have a mountain of last year to deal with, not wanting to even think about it.
Let me tell you, you’re not alone. You’re not stupid, you’re not foolish, you’re just not made for the backend management of your business.
Did you know that you don’t have to do this alone? Did you know that hiring help is cheaper than the penalties and fees of avoidance? There is a better way to operate, I promise. Let's chat so THIS YEAR is the year of change for you!
