🚨 Just released:
The ADP Employment Report showed a loss of 32,000 jobs in September, far below the expected gain of 50,000. August was also revised down by 57,000 jobs. That means job growth has been negative in 3 of the last 4 months—a clear sign the labor market is cooling.

💡 Why this matters:
A weakening job market can ease pressure on interest rates, and that could mean mortgage rates stop climbing—or even dip back into the 5s.
