The LaSalle State Bank drive-thru in LaSalle will be closed temporarily beginning Tuesday, August 4th while crews repave the section of Marquette Street between Canal and First Streets. Our lobby in LaSalle remains open, and our drive-thru on Wenzel Road in Peru is also available to drive-up customers. Give us a call at 815-223-8800 if you have any questions or need assistance.

More than two in three adults report they were personally scammed last year, with those scams costing an estimated $68 billion, or four times what was reported to federal authorities, according to a new survey by the Stop Scams Alliance and Gallup.

The most common entry points for scams were online purchases, phone calls and social media, according to the survey.

To avoid being scammed, stay alert and always be skeptical. Don't ever share your passwords, account numbers, or other personal information with anyone over the phone. If you think you may have been scammed and your bank accounts may be compromised, contact your bank immediately to minimize the damage. LSB customers should call 815-223-8800.
