💙 THANK YOU, ARK VALLEY! 💙
What a day! We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make the 2026 Ark Valley Senior Resource Fair our biggest and most successful year yet! 🎉
Because of the incredible participation, support, and energy from our vendors, community partners, volunteers, and attendees, we were able to create a truly meaningful day for the seniors, caregivers, and families of La Junta and the surrounding communities.
Look at what YOU helped make possible:
📍 41 vendors — up from 29 last year, thanks to our expanded space at the La Junta Jr/Sr High School gym!
👥 121 attendees — plus a few friendly faces who snuck in through the back! 😄 That's nearly TRIPLE last year's turnout!
🍔 178 meals served between vendors and community members — and that doesn't even include second rounds! 😉
🎁 30+ prizes given away, including walkers, rollators, canes, stair assists, shower chairs, wheelchairs, digital thermometers, yoga mats, and more!
💙 Most importantly, we received amazing feedback from seniors and caregivers who shared how grateful they were for the resources, kindness, information, and connections available throughout the day.
🌟 A special THANK YOU to Christine's Food Truck! Your organization, efficiency, and delicious food helped keep everyone fed, happy, and energized throughout the event. 🍔🥪🧀
To every vendor who showed up ready to serve, every community partner who helped spread the word, every volunteer who helped behind the scenes, and every attendee who walked through our doors — THANK YOU!
