A LITTLE LINKIN GRACE FAMILY UPDATE

First and foremost, I want to say THANK YOU to all of our members for your patience, understanding, and continued support over these past few months.

Transitioning from working primarily from home back into the office, while also getting everything organized behind the scenes, has been a BIG adjustment. But we are growing, learning, and building something even better for our members.

And now… WE HAVE A NEW TEAM MEMBER!

Please help us welcome Aylin Lopez to the Linkin Grace family!

Aylin will be joining us Monday, September 14, and we are so excited to have her on our team. I truly believe she is going to be a great addition and help us continue doing what we do best: being there for our members.

Muchos de ustedes han notado que durante los últimos meses mi disponibilidad en la oficina ha cambiado un poco mientras me preparo para recibir una bendición muy especial en mi familia. Es una etapa hermosa y emocionante en mi vida, y quería tomarme un momento para compartir esta actualización con todos nuestros apreciados clientes.

Me siento sumamente agradecida por contar con nuestra maravillosa asistente, Viviana, quien trabaja muy de cerca conmigo todos los días. Nos mantenemos en constante comunicación para asegurarnos de que sus preguntas sean respondidas, sus necesidades sean atendidas y que continúen recibiendo el excelente servicio que esperan de nosotros.

Queremos agradecerles sinceramente su paciencia y comprensión durante este tiempo. Sabemos que los recientes cambios en las pólizas y algunos retrasos en los beneficios han generado preguntas e inquietudes, y queremos que sepan que estamos trabajando activamente para ayudar a cada una de las personas que nos ha contactado.

As The week comes to an end, I want to take a moment to thank God for placing Viviana in my path. For so long, it was just me—wearing all the hats, putting in the late nights, and pushing through the hard days to grow this business into what it is today. All those sleepless nights and sacrifices weren’t in vain, because they led me to this point where the business has grown so much that I truly needed help.
Now, having Viviana by my side feels like such a blessing. She’s jumped right in with so much energy, laughter, and support—not only for me, but also for our clients. I’m grateful because this journey has never been easy, but God always makes sure I have exactly what I need at the right time.
Here’s to growth, to blessings in disguise, and to the people who come into our lives and remind us we don’t have to do it all alone anymore. 🙏💚
