We had two big winners at First Fridays with Visit Alamosa! 🎉
Mark Skinner, a retired Alamosa School District librarian, took home the win in our screw contest. Who would’ve thought a librarian would win the tool contest? Great job, Mark! 🔩👏
We also had an Alamosa youth win our youth contest. Congratulations to both of our winners, and thanks to everyone who joined the fun!

Meet our Employee of the Month…Kayla Anderson! She is our assistant manager, our inventory control coordinator, and our safety manager. She wears multiple hats! Kayla has been here almost 5 years. She is a giant help to Bret and Jared every day. In the last 5 years Kayla has contributed and headed cleaning up years of inventory issues helping get our inventory systems back in line and organized like never before.
