Beginning the week of September 21, you may notice exterior improvements underway at our La Grange Motor Bank. We’re kicking off the first phase, which includes power washing, fresh paint and some exterior maintenance.

The good news? We're planning this first phase so you can continue banking with us as usual.

This is just the beginning! We're planning additional improvements as we work toward completing our Motor Bank refresh by year-end. We’ll share more information before any work that may temporarily affect access.

For now, it’s business as usual — with a little sprucing up happening around us.

Due to a continued building maintenance issue, our La Grange Motor Bank will remain closed Monday, Aug. 24.

⭐ Main Bank Lobby: Our Main Bank at 145 W. Colorado on the Square is open today with modified hours until 5 p.m. for customers needing in-person banking assistance.

💵 Need cash? ATMs remain available at both the Motor Bank and Main Bank. The Main Bank ATM is located on the Courthouse side of the building.

Online Banking and the NBT Mobile App are also available anytime for checking balances, reviewing account activity, transferring funds and paying bills.

We apologize for the continued inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue.

🚨 La Grange Motor Bank Update 🚨

Due to an unexpected building maintenance issue, we are making a few adjustments to our La Grange hours:

⭐ Motor Bank: Closing today, August 21, at 1 p.m. and will remain closed tomorrow, August 22.

⭐ Main Bank: We’re extending our lobby hours today and will be open until 5:30 p.m. at 145 W. Colorado on the Square. The Main Bank will also be open Saturday, Aug. 22 from 9 a.m. to noon.

💵 Need cash? ATMs remain available at both the Motor Bank and Main Bank. The Main Bank ATM is located on the Courthouse side of the building.
