Congrats to Cynthia on being our September Employee of the Month! 👏🎉

Cindy is recognized for her amazing leadership skills. She is always welcoming and inclusive to anyone who visits or works at the Barre Mills branch. All new staff comes through Barre Mills, and she always makes it a point to pop her head into the training room to invite everyone to be included on whatever fun things she has going on in the branch.

She does a great job at keeping the candy bowl stocked with tempting treats, puts out fun puzzles for a quick "brain break" throughout the day, and does wonderful quarterly employee appreciation activities. Cindy consistently creates a culture of positivity, inclusion, open communication, and kindness.
