We’ve been made aware of scam emails being sent that look similar to legitimate State Farm payment emails.

If you receive an email regarding a payment from State Farm, please use caution before clicking any links or entering personal information.

‼️The safest option is to accept the payment through the State Farm mobile app or wait for a paper check in the mail.‼️

State Farm will not ask you to pay a fee, make a payment or send money in order to receive your payment.

If you’re unsure whether an email is legitimate, contact the Customer Contact Center at 1-888-808-9532 or email [email protected] for more information.
