This week, our firm, along with fellow associates from Mutual of Omaha Advisors, participated in a food drive benefiting WAFER Food Pantry by collecting cans of diced tomatoes. Last year, we collected 243 cans, and this year we were proud to surpass that total by donating 360 cans!

Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make a difference in our community. We’re already looking forward to next year and seeing if we can reach 400+ cans!

Last year, something incredible happened. Financial institutions across our area came together for the very first time — not to compete, but to fill the pantry shelves for our neighbors in need.

The concept is simple: one institution kicks off the challenge, collects a food item for one week, then passes the baton to the next. Over the next two to three months, many in financial sector unites — one week, one item, one challenge at a time.

How it works:
1. A financial institution accepts the challenge & collects one food item for one week
2. They challenge the next institution to keep the momentum going
3. Creativity & fun are not just welcome — they're required!

Year two is officially be getting underway next week. Ten friends of WAFER have stepped up to the challenge:
