Job Responsibilities
•Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
•Exceed goal expectations and be a REAL go-getter.
•Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service- Know how to pivot to additional product lines.
•Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. NEVER TAKE NO for an answer.
•Punctual and Consistent in attendance, professional attire and attitude.

Requirements
•Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
•Detail oriented- triple check work before submission, update account info
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Ability to multi-task while being compassionate to clients’ needs
•California Insurance License Preferred

Pay + Benefits
•$14.00 -20.00 Hourly + Commission AND Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Bonuses (Salary will be BASED OFF of experience)
•Paid time off + Holiday pay after 90 day probation period
•Extra Benefits include: Fully Paid for Short Term Disability Health Insurance + Life Insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
