From start to finish, Clarissa Hernandez and her team were professional, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable every step of the way.
What impressed us the most was how hard they worked to get us the absolute lowest price possible in this market. Not only did they beat out other mortgage companies we looked into, but we actually ended up getting money back at closing instead of having to bring money to the table. That alone says a lot about how much they fight for their clients.
Communication was excellent, timelines were met, and they made sure we understood all of our options every step of the way. We truly appreciated their honesty, transparency, and dedication during such a major milestone for our family.
