People often ask. Why should I pick you over the guy down the street?

This is a great question! And it may sound weird or contrarian in some ways. But my answer may shock you!

It has ZERO to do with PRICE!

It has more to do with a relationship! People say "I want to buy insurance online!" and that's great! I am all for ease of access. But let me ask this. When you hurt of kill someone do you want to be stuck with the bill? Or do you want the insurance company to take care of it?

When you are stuck on the side of the road, and can't find roadsides number and you are scared. Who do you call? What do they do for you?

When you have an accident, and maybe it is your first time. What do you do? Do you know how to navigate the claims process? Do you know your rights?

Maybe a pipe burst in your house, is that covered? And do you need someone out right now to mitigate the damage?

The answer to most of the questions is I don't know!

My clients on the other hand do know! They know that when the worst happens I answer my phone! I answer my emails, text messages and Facebook messenger and I have their back!

The reason why someone should go with me is because of trust. Because my hope is that by the time you get off the phone with me your problem is solved. Not just when we write your policy, but throughout the process!
