Medicare Explained in Under 60 Seconds

Here’s a simple breakdown:
• Part A – Hospital coverage
• Part B – Medical coverage
• Part C – Medicare Advantage (offered by private insurers)
• Part D – Prescription drug coverage

Each part plays a different role, and the right combination depends on your individual needs, doctors, and medications.

This morning I had the opportunity to serve with Rotary of Kokomo by delivering Buddy Bags to a local school. ❤️

This program, supported through United Way, helps make sure students have food when they need it most—and I’m grateful to play a small part in that.

Rotary’s motto is “Service Above Self,” and today was a great reminder of what that truly looks like in action.

Proud to serve alongside fellow Rotarians and give back to our community. 💙

Some Medicare beneficiaries are receiving new Medicare cards with new numbers. Medicare is sending these new cards with a letter explaining why a new number has been issued. If you aren’t sure if mail from Medicare is legitimate, call 1-800-Medicare and ask.
