We have a new addition to the Heartland family! ❤️

We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team, Rachel! 🎉 We’re so happy to have her joining us and can’t wait for our members to get to know her!

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Gavin, and their two kiddos, Theodore and Jameson. She loves being involved with her church, working out, and keeping up with her three dogs!

Rachel is always up for a good conversation, so if you see her around the credit union, stop in and say hello!

We have been made aware of a scam call targeting members where the caller is claiming to be IHFCU and asking members to verify recent charges.

⚠️ Please remember: Scammers can make a phone number appear legitimate or use a number from another state.

🛑 NEVER give sensitive information to an unexpected caller.
If someone calls claiming to be Indiana Heartland and asks you to provide or verify:
• Your online banking username or password
• Your debit/credit card number or PIN
• Your Social Security number
• A verification/security code sent to your phone
• Account numbers or other sensitive information

STOP. Hang up.

If you are unsure whether the call is legitimate, call IHFCU directly using the phone number you know and trust, not a number provided by the caller.
Remember: If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't.
Please share this post with your family and friends. A few seconds of caution could prevent someone from becoming a victim of fraud. ❤️
