The heart of a workplace is often found in the people.

And today, we're celebrating Casey - one of those people who has helped make CFB the place it is.

For the past 15 years, Casey has been a familiar face, a valued teammate, and a steady source of support. As our Senior HR Generalist, she has helped shape the experience for countless employees. Whether she's helping someone take the next step in their career or offering resources for our team, Casey's impact is felt across the organization.

That same heart for people extends into the community through her volunteer work with Bridges Outreach as a mentor.

Twenty years ago, we opened our Dixon Road branch. Since then, we've had the privilege of serving generations of families, businesses, and neighbors throughout Kokomo.

This week, we're celebrating that milestone with local treats, customer appreciation festivities, and plenty of gratitude.

Around here, neighbors show up for one another.

Through our Casual for a Cause program, CFB employees donate to wear jeans on Fridays, with proceeds supporting local causes. This week, employees chose to direct all proceeds to the Hamilton County Community Foundation's Flood Relief Fund. Thanks to their generosity, $1,000 will be donated to help our neighbors recover and rebuild.
