What a happy day for Brenda and Antonio! ❤️🏡They're officially holding the keys to their new home, and we had another reason to celebrate. Their mortgage was clear to close in just six days!

One thing I really appreciate about this experience is the teamwork behind it.

Good communication among everyone involved can make such a difference in the buyers' experience.
And at the end of the day, that's what matters.

POV: you sit down at one long table in the middle of Historic Downtown Sevierville, surrounded by friends, familiar faces, and people you’re meeting for the first time.

Farm to Fork on Court brought together local chefs, local ingredients, artisans, music, and so much of what makes this community special.

What I loved most was the chance to catch up with friends, meet some wonderful new people, and enjoy the evening together.

Thank you to the Sevierville Commons Association for creating such a meaningful community event.

So glad I got to be part of it.

The part I’m most grateful for didn’t happen at the closing table.

I had been working with Alex and Betty for months while they searched for the right home in Tennessee.

Once they found it, they were incredibly responsive, everyone worked together, and they were ready to close in eight days CTC.

But somewhere along the way, this became more than a transaction.
Their son and my kids play the same sports. Our families connected. And I gained friends through a process that started with finding a home.

Thank you, Alex and Betty, for trusting me with such an important chapter. And thank you, Aimee Lee Lucas, for making the introduction.

These are the relationships that make this work mean so much to me.

I can’t believe my very first born is turning 11 year old today!! I’m so proud of the young man he has become. He has a heart of gold. Caden, I love so much, I can’t even describe it!!
