Some members may be experiencing debit card issues. We mailed tap-to-pay cards in July, and previous cards have now been deactivated.

If your debit card is not working, please locate your new card and call us at **(865) 637-0112** for activation assistance.

**Can't find your new card?** Contact us, and we'll be happy to assist with a replacement!

📅 **Reminder:** We will be closed Monday, October 12, but will reopen Tuesday, October 13, and be available to assist with card activations.

🕊️ In Loving Memory of Benita 🕊️

With heavy hearts, we remember and celebrate Benita, a cherished member of the First Choice Community Credit Union family who dedicated an incredible 30 years of service to our credit union.

Benita was truly a ray of light. Her wisdom, experience, and knowledge of the financial industry were invaluable to First Choice. Over the years, she witnessed many changes within our credit union, our community, and the financial industry, and she played an important role in helping us grow and better serve our members.

Although Benita worked remotely in recent years, we always looked forward to seeing her smiling face when she visited the branch. Her kindness, dedication, and warm spirit touched so many of us and will never be forgotten.

We are deeply saddened by her passing, but we find comfort in knowing she is rejoicing with the Lord and watching over us from above. ❤️

Benita will forever hold a special place in the heart and history of First Choice Community Credit Union. We are incredibly grateful for her 30 years of dedication, friendship, and service.

In honor of Benita and her family’s wishes, we are collecting donations to be given in her memory. Anyone who would like to contribute is welcome to do so as we come together to celebrate her life and the lasting impact she made on our First Choice family.

🚨 Watch out for account takeover scams!

Scammers may try to gain access to your online banking, debit card, email, or other accounts and pretend to be you. Knowing the warning signs can help keep your information and money safe.

Watch these Warning Signs:
• You receive an unexpected call, text, or email claiming there’s fraud on your account
• You’re pressured to act immediately or keep the situation secret
• Someone asks for your password, PIN, or one-time verification code
• You’re told to move money to a “safe” account, payment app, wire, gift card, or cryptocurrency
• A message asks you to click a link or call a number to “verify” your account

Remember: First Choice CCU will NEVER ask for your full debit or credit card number, PIN, MFA codes, or Social Security number. We will also never ask you to log into your account to complete a transfer.
