Great teams do not win by accident.

In this clip, Bob Kesling and Bill Waltman connect lessons from Tennessee football to financial planning, especially the importance of ex*****on when the stakes are high.

On the field, success depends on every person understanding their role, trusting the plan, and doing their job well. The same principle applies to your financial life.

When investments, tax strategy, estate planning, cash flow, and long-term goals are all working together, the result is not luck. It is coordinated ex*****on.

Because whether in sports or financial planning, success comes from preparation, discipline, and a team aligned around the same goal.

Wearing the orange jersey means something.

In this clip, Bob Kesling reflects on Casey Clausen, known as “The Iceman,” and the pride he carried every time he represented Tennessee.

For Clausen, being a Vol was not just about playing quarterback. It was about honoring the program, his teammates, and the responsibility that came with wearing orange.

That kind of commitment is what lasting leadership is built on: pride in the role, humility in the moment, and a deep respect for the team around you.

Some moments are worth revisiting because the lesson goes deeper every time.

In this clip, Bob Kesling returns to Tennessee’s unforgettable win over Alabama and reflects on what that moment revealed beyond the scoreboard.

The excitement of a historic victory is one thing. The preparation, belief, trust, and ex*****on that make a moment like that possible are something else entirely.

For leaders, teams, and families alike, success often comes down to the same principles: staying focused under pressure, trusting the people around you, and being ready when the moment arrives.

Some wins live far beyond the scoreboard.

In this clip, Bob Kesling, the longtime Voice of the Vols, reflects on Tennessee’s unforgettable victory over Alabama, the kind of moment that fans will remember forever.

But behind moments like that are deeper lessons in leadership: staying calm under pressure, trusting the people around you, and executing when the stakes are highest.

Great moments don’t just happen. They are built through belief, preparation, and teamwork long before the spotlight arrives.
