We're Hiring! We are seeking an experienced and licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team!

This is a full-time on-site role for an licensed Personal Lines account manager. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling policy renewals, addressing customer inquiries, quoting and remarketing while providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves processing and reviewing insurance applications, maintaining client records, and working closely with underwriters to secure favorable terms. The account manger will also educate clients about policy options and guide them in selecting the best coverage to meet their needs.

Qualifications:
Active P&C License
Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or client management
Knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and products
Proficiency in using insurance mgmt. software, Microsoft office and QuickBooks
Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-Solving skills and attention to detail
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in related fields are a plus
Ability to commute to 37918
