Sharing my knowledge about home loan programs and walking homebuyers through the process of securing a mortgage is something I take to heart. Knowing I earned their trust enough to be counted among their friends once we’ve left the closing table, however, is what’s sustained me for more than 30 years. I jumped into a career in the financial industry fresh out of high school on my 18th birthday. The small financial company I worked for at the time did a few mortgages and I found my calling. In addition to co-owning a mortgage broker company for 15 years, I worked in the mortgage department at a credit union for seven years and spent five years as a sales manager at another mortgage company before joining MIG’s Maryville branch in October 2022 as a sales manager and loan officer. As a licensed mortgage loan originator, I focus on helping borrowers find the best loan option for their unique situation. Through excellent communication throughout the entire lending process, I ensure every customer’s concerns are addressed and their questions are answered in a timely manner. I also work hard to make sure we close on time and that borrowers have a positive, stress-free experience so they feel confident not only in the mortgage they’ve selected, but also in returning to me should they need further assistance down the road. I love it when they refer their friends and family to me for lending help, as well. I am an award-winning member of the Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association and active in the Knoxville’s Women’s Council of Realtors. When I’m not delivering great customer service, my family and I love spending time outdoors. I’m an Alabama football fan (Roll Tide!) and I adore my fur babies. I also enjoy reading.
