Meet Knox, our new virtual assistant. Beginning Monday, May 4th, you'll be able to interact with Knox via cecuknox.com to get information about general questions you may have. Knox will be available 24/7.

We are excited to let you all know that a new look is coming to CECU. We will be closing early at 3pm on Wednesday May 6th for staff development and reopening regular hours on Thursday, May 7th.

Our website, online banking and mobile banking are all getting a new, modernized look and we can't wait to share it with you all!

Even though we will be "out with the old, in with the new", we are committed to providing the same service our members expect. Fresh look with the same dedication to you, our members!

April is National Credit Union Youth Month! We are celebrating all month long. For the month of April, we have fun swag bags for ages birth - 13 for our youngest members. Stop by any of our branches to pick one up! It is one per youth member, while supplies last so don't miss out! Parents, Grandparents and Guardians, if you haven't already opened a savings account for your little one(s), don't miss out on this opportunity we have for the month of April. All new youth accounts opened in the month of April 2026 will receive a matching initial deposit up to $20! Ready, Set, Save
