Sometimes people forget the most important part of the story…
We. Closed. The. Loan. 🧙‍♂️💰

Yes, it was a tough one.
Yes, we told them multiple times to move forward with the bridge loan.
And yes, even with delays that weren’t ours — we still got it across the finish line. Even if the client's wife's kid from her 5th marriage has feelings and wants to try and roast us or get involved to try and derail the transaction.

But hey, when you tell the truth and hold folks accountable, some people call that “unprofessional.”
I call it doing my job.
