I've personally never been all-in on the loyalty programs because I don't travel as much as I would like. Would love suggestions on what works and what you use!

A report by Arrivia found that only 42% of people used their awards to lower the cost of a trip. Customers pay for these "free" perks with fees and inflated travel prices. Travel companies removed many perks during the pandemic or made it more difficult to redeem their miles for "free" tickets.
